Potato Pizza Recipe

This snack is easy to make. You need the follow ingredients: potatoes, eggs, black pepper, sunflower oil, tomato sauce, Italian salami and mozzarella cheese.

The first step for making a potato pizza is making the ”dough”. Instead of a flower dough we make the bottom of potato. Cut 300 grams of potatoes into slices. Then cut them into strips. Add the stripes in a mixing bowl. Beat two eggs in a small bowl and put aside.

Place a frying pan on the stove on medium heat with 15 ml of sunflower oil. When the oil is hot, add the sliced potato to the pan. Press the potatoes with a spatula. Flip the bottom when it’s golden brown. Add black pepper. Pour the egg into the holes in the bottom. Then add 15 grams of tomato sauce. Spread the sauce evenly. Then add mozzarella and 5 slices of Italian salami. Finish the pizza with mozzarella on top.

Bake for 6-8 minutes with the lid on or when the cheese is fully melted. When all the cheese has melted, the pizza is ready to serve! Enjoy!
