This healthy balls are is easy to make. You need the follow ingredients: banana, digestive biscuits (or graham crackers) and shredded coconut.
The first thing you need to do is peel the three bananas. Cut the bananas in small pieces and transfer them to a bowl. Mash the pieces with a fork. Add 400 grams of digestive biscuits / graham crackers to a sealed bag. Grind the biscuits. When this is done, you can add them to the bowl with the mashed bananas.
Start mixing everything together. You will notice that the substance is changing. In the end you can make a huge ball. Add 50 grams of shredded coconut to a baking tray. Make small round balls and add the small balls in the tray with coconut. Make sure that every piece contains the shredded coconut.
