How often do you eat fish, once per week or maybe even once or twice a month. The moment you eat fish, it needs to be good. Today is your lucky day! I have a simple Greek Fish recipe for you. This time it’s not Moussaka or Souvlaki. In this article we will explain how to make Roasted Sea Bream.

About Sea Bream Greek Recipe
When you buy Sea Bream you have two choices: you buy a cleaned fish or you still have to clean it yourself. Or you should be lucky to have friends who are good at cleaning these fish, otherwise it could be a bit of work. The work will mainly consist of removing the scales, opening the fish and removing its guts. I recommend that you choose to buy the fish already cleaned. It saves some work and time, but if you like to do it yourself, you are of course free to do so.
The great thing about this fish is that you can bake it easily. You need a few ingredients and you can really make a fantastic dish. Because it is a Greek recipe, beautiful flavors must of course be brought together. To roasting the fish it will takes 10-15 minutes for each side.
Ingredients for Roasted Sea Bream
To make this fantastic main dish you need the main ingredient: Sea Bream. The other ingredients are: rosemary, salt, pepper, lemon, garlic and olive oil. You can find the recipe below. Roasted Sea Bream

- Baking Pan
Ingredients
- 800 gram Sea Bream (2 pieces)
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 Lemon
- 50 ml Olive Oil
- 2 gloves Garlic
Instructions
- Preheat a baking pan on medium heat and add a little bit of olive oil
- Season the fish with Rosemary, Salt Pepper, Lemon Juice, Garlic and Olive Oil.
- Put the fish in the pan and bake it for around 10-15 minutes.
- After 10-15 minutes turn the Sea Bream on the other side.
- Bake the fish for another 10-15 minutes.
- After the fish is baked on the other side, turn the gas off and you can serve the fish! Season it with a piece of salt and pepper if you want!
