This dessert recipe is so easy. You need the follow ingredients: eggs, granulated sugar, milk, sunflower oil, all purpose flour, baking powder, peel of an orange and Nutella.
The first step is to add two eggs and 150 grams of granulated sugar to your mixing bowl. Mix both ingredients together. You can use a whisk for this. When the granulated sugar and eggs are well combined you can add the 50 ml of sunflower oil and 160 ml of milk. Mix the ingredients again together.
Grab your sieve and sieve 150 grams of all purpose flour and 10 grams of baking powder to the mixture. Add the peel of an orange to the mixture and mix the three ingredients in the mixture.
Put your frying pan on the stove on low heat. And add a little bit of butter to the pan. When the butter has melted add the mixture to the pan. Add 70 grams of Nutella on top. Create a pattern by using a knife. Bake the cake for 40 minutes with a lid on. If you don’t have a lid you can use aluminium foil.
After 40 minutes check if the cake is done. If not, bake it for a couple of minutes longer. If the cake is done let it cool a little bit. Enjoy eating!
