Gluten Free Fruit Cake Recipe
This dessert recipe is so easy. You need the follow ingredients: unsalted butter, eggs, vanilla cake mix peak’s free from, fresh cream, strawberries and blueberries.
This cake is so easy to make. The first step is to add 225 grams of unsalted butter (room temperature) to a mixing bowl. Mix the butter gently with a hand mixer. Then add 4 eggs in total to the mixture. Mix one egg at the time. After you have mixed your 4 eggs you can add 450 grams of vanilla cake mix (Peak’s free from) to the mixture. Mix everything together.
Grease your baking pan with butter and add the batter. Preheat the oven to 160°C celcius. Bake the cake for 45 minutes (160°C). Do not remove the cake from the mold until it has cooled completely.
Then add 500 ml of fresh cream (35% fat) to your kitchen machine. Blend to soft peaks. Then add the fresh cream to the top of the cake. Make everything smooth! Cut 500 grams of fresh strawberries in half. Make rings of strawberries on the cake. Add a blueberry between the strawberries. In total you need 100 grams of blueberries. When you’ve added all the blueberries, the cake is ready to serve!
