No Bake Chocolate Tart Recipe
This tart recipe is easy. You need the follow ingredients: digestive biscuits, unsalted butter, dark chocolate, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract and salt.
The first thing you need to do is grab kitchen machine, food processor or you can do it with a sealed bag. Add the digestive biscuits to your device and crush the cookies really fine. Grab a saucepan on medium heat and melt the butter. When the butter is melted you can add the butter and biscuits in a mixing bowl. When the butter is incorporate with the butter you can add this to the baking mold (30 cm). Spread everything even. When everything is spread nicely you need to put it in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. If you want to put it in the fridge for 1 hour, that’s also a possibility.
Dark Chocolate Layer
After the 20 minutes it’s time to make the chocolate layer. Grab a sauce pan and fill the pan with hot water. Add the saucepan on the stove on low heat and add a heat resisting bowl on top. In the bowl you add the dark chocolate, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Mix everything together until everything is combined. When everything is combined you can let it cool for 15 minutes.
After the 15 minutes you add the chocolate on the biscuit layer. Spread everything nice and even. The next step is to put the tart back in the fridge for a couple of hours. The easiest way is to do it overnight. Otherwise it will take between 3-4 hours. Just look at the chocolate. The chocolate needs to be dry on top, that is the signal that its fully cooled down.
