Dark Chocolate Cake Recipe
This dessert recipe is so easy. You need the follow ingredients: cocoa powder, granulated sugar, unsalted butter, eggs and a bar dark chocolate. Optional if you don’t like dark chocolate, you can use a milk chocolate bar.
The first step is to sieve 30 grams of cake flour and 20 grams of cocoa powder into a mixing bowl. Add 2 eggs and 45 grams of granulated sugar in another mixing bowl. Mix the eggs and the sugar together for 3 minutes.
Add half of the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl with eggs/sugar. Mix everything together with a spatula. When everything is well mixed together add the rest of the dry ingredients. When everything is well mixed, add 20 grams of unsalted melted butter. Mix the ingredients together with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into the baking mold (15 cm). Preheat the oven to 170°C celcius. Bake for 15 minutes on 170°C celcius. After 15 minutes, add a bar of dark or milk chocolate on top. Bake for 10 minutes (160°C). Let the chocolate cake cool for 15 minutes. Then the chocolate cake is ready to be served!
