You should actually make this recipe several times a year, it’s that good. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at how to make Mini Apple Cakes.

What is the definition of Apple Mini Cakes

The meaning of Apple Mini Cakes is:

One of my last recipes was an apple cinnamon cake. Then I already described that the combination of apples and cinnamon is a good combination. The smell alone will make you so hungry for that cake.

However, there are also alternatives. If you have a party or if you want to make a simple snack, a whole cake is not very convenient. You can cut slices, but maybe that’s just too much. An alternative is Apple Mini Cakes. This is again a combination of apples, cinnamon and cake. These mini cakes look and taste so good! You can make 6 mini cakes with this recipe. If you want to make more, you can easily double the ingredients, so you will eventually have 12 mini cakes.

Apple Mini Cakes Recipe

This dessert recipe is so easy. You need the follow ingredients: apple, lemon juice, brown sugar, unsalted butter, cinnamon powder, egg, granulated sugar, melted butter, all purpose flour and baking powder.

The first step is to cut an apple in small pieces and add the pieces to a saucepan on medium / low heat. Add 15 ml of lemon juice, 35 grams of brown sugar, 15 grams of unsalted butter and cinnamon powder to the saucepan. Mix everything together. Take the saucepan of the heat when you see that the butter is completely melted.

It’s now time to make the dough. For the dough you need 1 egg, 80 grams of granulated sugar and 60 grams of unsalted melted butter. Add these ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients together with a whisk. When everything is well mixed you can add 200 grams of all purpose flour and 3 grams of baking powder to the mixing bowl. Knead the ingredients together with your hands. That will work the best! Knead until you can make a dough ball.

Shape the dough into six balls of 60 grams. You will notice that you have dough left, we will use this later. Place the dough balls in the molds (cupcakes mold). Use a glass to press the dough into the mold. When the dough is nicely formed in the molds, it is time to fill it with the apple mixture. Fill each mold with approximately the same amount of apple mixture. Then place some dough on top of each mold.

When you have done this you can preheat the oven to 180°C degrees Celsius. When the oven has reached the right temperature you can bake the cakes for 25 minutes at 180°C degrees Celsius. After 25 minutes take out the Apple Mini Cakes. Let them cool down a bit before eating. Enjoy!
