Oats Omelette Recipe

This breakfast is easy to make. You need the follow ingredients: eggs, oats, milk, extra virgin olive oil, salt, cumin powder and Parmesan cheese.

The first thing you need to do is grab a saucepan and heat 65 ml of milk. When the milk is warm you grab a tray or bowl and add the heated milk together with 30 grams of oats. Mix everything together.

When everything is mixed together you can add 2 eggs, salt, cumin powder and Parmesan cheese. You can choose how much of each you want to do. There is no standard here. Mix again everything together.

Grab a frying pan and pit it on the stove on medium low heat. Add 15 ml of virgin olive oil in the pan. When the pan is warm you can add the mixture and bake it for 4 minutes with the lid on. At the moment that the bottom is good, you can turn it over. Cook the other side for 2 minutes, again with the lid on. The next thing is add some sauce (of your choice) with graded Parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
