This breakfast recipe is so easy. You need the following ingredients: bread, red onion, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, eggs, milk, pepper, salt, cheese and butter.

The first thing you need to do is cut two slices of bread. Mince a red onion and prepare the bell peppers. Remove the heart of a yellow and red bell pepper. After that you can mince the bell peppers. In the mean time add butter to a frying pan on medium heat.

The next step is to add 3 eggs, 60 ml of milk, pepper and salt in a tray or mixing bowl. Start mixing everything together. Add your red onion, yellow bell pepper and red bell pepper to the mixture. When the butter is melted add the bread to the frying pan. Turn the heat to low. Add the mixture in the bread. Fry on one side and add the slice of cheese and bread. Turn the bread when it’s golden brown. Turn a lid on it for the next 2 minutes. Make sure both sides are golden brown! Enjoy this amazing breakfast.
